A Little Back Story...
I’m Cristina, the face behind Munch Cafe. I’m a local U-Conn graduate with a degree in Math who is excited to add a family owned small business to Ansonia.
Just like most of us, my life was changed by the pandemic. I started baking as a way to bring joy (and flavor!) to my family and friends. My dad in particular enjoyed my baked goods so much, that he inspired me to open Munch Eatery. With his construction background, and the help of my family, we have created a place where you can not only enjoy delicious food, coffee, & treats; but you can truly feel like you are in the warm company of family.
